Regulatory, Industrial & Employment laws that need to be strictly adhered by a Corporate entity while carrying out its business as an Establishment, Purchasers, Contractors, Service Providers, in a small or big company.

  • Company/Establishment/Contractor/Service Provider shall comply with all applicable labour laws, Rules, Orders and Notifications whether Central or State as applicable to him or to the contract, or any amendment made therein from time to time and shall maintain records and registers besides implementation of the Act in its true letter & spirit.

Purchaser/Contractor/Service Provider shall obtain, prepare and submits records of Major Laws Regulation, Registration/ License/Registers/Records & Returns (5-R’s) to the Client/ Govt/Third Party auditors mentioned here as under:

  • Registration & Licensing as applicable under the rules & applicability to the Client/Contractor within 30 days from the date of Commencement of works (Under Central & State Rule as applicable).
  • Register of workmen employed by contractors – Form XIII.
  • Employment card given to labour in Form XIV.
  • Muster Roll in Form XVI.
  • Register of wages in Form XVII.
  • Wages Slip in Form XIX.
  • Monthly PF contribution Challan along with a copy of ECR.
  • Register of deduction, damages or loss in Form XX.
  • Register of fine in Form XXI.
  • Register of Advance in Form XXII.
  • Register of overtime in Form No. XXIII.
  • Display of records & Abstracts on Notice Boards.
  • Pre-induction and periodical medical check-ups thereafter.
  • Disbursement of wages upto 7th day for the preceding month.
  • Half yearly Return, ending 30th June and 31st December in Form XXIV within a period of 15 days to the Licensing Authority under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970& Rules.
  • Other Registration & Licensing under BOCW & ISMA rules as per applicability within 30days from the date of commencement / applicability.
  • Renewal & updates of registration & Licensing within 60 days priors date of exceeding counts or expiry of license.
